Ben Qiu is from Anhui Province. Sydnee is from Jiangxi Province; one province south of Anhui.

About Us

Bill and Erika were married in 1992. Zach was born in 1993 followed by Alex in 1997. We decided to adopt our daughter/sister in 2005 and finally after four long years met our Sydnee (age 1) in 2010. In Spring of 2012, Bill learned of a young girl in need of a family. He shared her story with Erika a few days before Mother's day. After a couple of months of many thoughts and prayers, a decision was made to bring our daughter home. Ben Qiu (age 11) will join our family very soon! This blog is her story. We welcome your prayers and good wishes for our Hope Ben Qiu!
